Nine seats is where compromises end: a seven-seat SUV will not take nine people with luggage, and two cars mean two drivers, two parking spaces and twice the coordination. A nine-seat van solves it with one vehicle and one ordinary category B licence.
To be straight about it: we have one. Which means that at weekends and in wedding season it is often taken well in advance, and a last-minute booking fails more often than it works. If you have a date, ask now, even if the rest of the plan is still loose.

A nine-seat van stays under 3.5 tonnes and carries at most nine people including the driver, so it is driven on an ordinary category B licence. No category D and no professional qualification is needed, as long as the transport is not commercial passenger service.
One practical note: a van is taller and longer than a car. If you have never driven one, we walk you through what to watch for at handover — underground car parks with a height limit surprise people more than the driving does.
With all nine seats occupied the luggage space is limited — that is physics, not a flaw in this particular model. With eight people and the last row folded there is noticeably more room for suitcases. If you are flying in with heavy luggage or equipment, say so when booking; we will work it out together rather than guessing in the car park at the terminal.
Child seats are added for a daily supplement from the add-on price list and fitted before handover. If children are travelling, give us each child's age and we will match the right seats.
We deliver the van to any address in Warsaw, to Chopin Airport, and to Gdańsk and the Tri-City. For an airport pickup, give us the flight number — we track the landing time and move the handover with it, with no charge for the delay itself.
Delivery rates for Warsaw and both airports are in the add-on price list; the Tri-City is quoted individually by distance. The return can be at a different agreed place from the collection.
The daily rate falls with the length of the hire — five bands, from 1–2 days up to a monthly rate from 30 days. Over a week the gap against a weekend rate is substantial, so if the van is staying with you anyway, it is worth pricing both. The full table is on the car's page.
The deposit is refundable, settled after the van comes back, and stated on the car's page before you book. Mileage: 300 km per day up to 6 days and 250 km per day from 7 days — worth agreeing up front for a trip to the mountains or the coast.
