Eight steps from choosing a car to handing back the keys. No online payment — we confirm the reservation with you before the car goes out.
Choose a car
Browse the fleet, view the photos and the details. Availability depends on your dates, and we check it when you book.
Choose dates and a place
Set the dates, the times and one of the pick-up points available in the system. Collection is scheduled at least three hours ahead.
See the full price
The calculator uses the rates in force: the model, the length of the rental, the extras you pick and the pick-up point. You see the total and the deposit before you send anything.
Enter your details
The driver details needed for the rental agreement. Nothing is paid online.
Confirm the reservation
You click the link we e-mail you. We then confirm availability and terms — usually within the hour, within a day at the latest. A request is an availability enquiry, not a concluded rental agreement.
Receive your documents
Once confirmed, we e-mail you the required rental documents — as attachments, so you have them to hand on any device.
Collect the car
At the agreed place and time, on presentation of the driver's documents. We complete a handover report: the condition of the car, the odometer and the fuel level — raise anything you spot before you drive off.
Return the car
At the agreed place and time, with all the keys and equipment. We complete a report on return as well, and release the deposit where there are no grounds to hold it.
