No online payment: A booking on the website is an availability request — you pay nothing online and nothing up front when you book. The rental is paid by bank transfer or by card at handover, and every rental comes with a VAT invoice.
Deposit depends on the model: From PLN 2,000–6,000≈ €455 – €1,366≈ US$507–1,520 — as a hold on your payment card or by bank transfer. The amount for a given car is shown on its card in the fleet.
What to bring: A valid driving licence and an identity document (ID card or passport). The minimum age and driving experience for the chosen model are confirmed before the agreement is signed.
